My journey with massage began long before I ever thought of it as a career. At just seven years old, “loving on muscles” started as a chore, but I quickly realized how powerful touch could be. I saw how massage could ease pain, bring comfort, and create a sense of peace—not just for the person receiving it, but for me as well. That early experience planted the seed for a lifelong calling. After more than 30 years in healthcare, I decided to take the next step and formally pursue massage. I graduated from Chamber in 2018 with a degree in Clinical Massage Therapy. Initially, I thought I wanted to focus on spa work, but my clinical training opened my eyes to the deeper possibilities of massage—helping restore movement, supporting recovery, and improving overall quality of life. What began as curiosity has grown into a fulfilling second career that I know will carry me well into my retirement years. Now semi-retired, I’m grateful every day for the privilege of doing this work. I specialize in restoring muscles through stretching, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, and lymphatic massage. Beyond the hands-on work, I have a deep passion for education. I love teaching my clients about their bodies, showing them how interconnected everything is, and watching their eyes light up when they discover just how amazing the human body can be. For me, massage is more than a service—it’s a calling. It’s about healing, restoration, and sharing knowledge that empowers people to care for themselves long after they leave my table.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
